- In case of dissatisfaction of customers as to type, quality of products, and the manner of presenting services by the company, the complaints will be analyzed at the earliest possible time as per rules and regulations and they will be informed timely of the results in written.

One of the company’s conditions for cooperating with the employees at the beginning of employment and even after the end of cooperation is their commitment to keep all this information confidential and not to disclose and use them in various written, software and audiovisual forms.
- Observance of environmental standards, protecting natural resources, and avoiding environment pollution are among the commitments of Pars Jivar Soufi® Company, and all the colleagues of the company are quite aware of this fact.
- While respecting the business competitors, the company’s policy is to take part in a healthy competition with them, be fair, keep secrecy, avoid disclosure of any confidential information about them and destructive propaganda against them.
- The personal commitments and interests of employees must not be contrary to those of the company and impair their duties and responsibilities within the company. For this purpose, the employees are not allowed to work with another organization while they are employed in this company. When there are or arise potential contradiction of interests, the employees are required to inform the company directorate of the facts and obtain a confirmation.
- The press and media relations of the company must be clear, accurate, timely and understandable. The Pars Giver Soufi Company respects the professional independence of journalists and may not pay any fee for the contents of their papers and writings in the media. Information and advertisements relating to the company are only published by managing director and her deputy, and if any member of the company makes their opinion in a seminar or session, it’s necessary that they mention their personal view not the view of the company.
